IBP International agrees share swap with Gillingham joint venture partner

Robbery specialists, IBP International, announce a share swap with IBP Security Support Ltd, the security warehouse service for manned guarding, key holding and cash-handling clients. IBP Security Support becomes IBP Security Warehouse, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IBP International with Bob Haward, IBPSS Managing Director, becoming a Director of the Group.

Neil Chrismas, IBP International’s Sales and Marketing Director, said: “The share swap will make IBP Security Warehouse part of our mainstream business, allowing us introduce on-line purchasing at the same time as investing in automating the already fast turn-round service.”
