IBP Robbery Symposium 2004 IBP’s third annual Focus on Robbery Symposium, chaired by Richard Childs QPM, takes place on September 9-10 at Hayling Island Sailing Club’s new £4m facility.
This year the focus is on the trends in attack methods and the best practice partnership response together with duties of care under health and safety legislation. Alan Townsend, crime prevention co-ordinator for the MPS Flying Squad, will talk about the crime prevention initiative, Raid-control™, and John Hurst is presenting case studies where employers are liable under health and safety legislation. Surrey-based IBP is also using the event to launch the Axytrans i-system in the UK, a new 40 sector cash-management unit, and will demonstrate an ATM rip-out using a 4x4.
A team event follows, to win the IBP-Flying Squad Challenge Trophy, on 28ft 2225hp RIBs (Rigid Inflatable Boats) – guaranteed adrenaline! For more information visit the IBP International Robbery Symposium & Open Day 2004 mini-site, contact info@ibp-group.com or call +44 (0)1428 641399. |
