Lucky Graham cashes in on a prize draw run by IBP-APL

Delighted Devon-based subpostmaster Graham Tompkinson went to the Subpostmaster 2004 Exhibition this autumn and came home with a sparkling new cash management unit worth £2000.

Graham, from Ilfracombe, entered a prize draw run by IBP-APL to win one of its RoboCash™ machines and his name was first out of the hat.

“We had planned to buy a machine as we are having a refit, from ceilings to floors, in January,” said Graham. “This will increase our size to two counters and means new combi tills so this machine is just what we needed – absolutely brilliant.”

RoboCash™ is a cash management unit (CMU) that facilitates open counter transactions in offices with combi counters where both retail and post office transactions are carried out. Cash can be instantly deposited into the machine, which has 23 compartments, and securely withdrawn under timed control.
