Network Security Manager, Alan Dale has joined IBP International
Alan, a former security manager with High Street travel firm Thomas Cook, will handle a number of major accounts for the Surrey-based security specialists including building societies, off licences and retail chains. Alan, who was both a branch and area manager for Thomas Cook before his involvement in branch security, implemented a raid reduction strategy that led to robberies on Thomas Cook branches falling significantly. Other personnel changes at IBP have seen promotions for Neil Chrismas, Bill Dyer and Elma Donnelly. Neil, who joined IBP five years ago, has rapidly progressed through the company to join the board as IBP’s Sales and Marketing Director. His commitment to exceeding customers’ expectations, as account manager with the Post Office, led to the company being presented with a First Class Supplier award earlier this year. Neil has increased IBP’s client portfolio to include many of the high-street chains in both the financial and retail sectors. Bill Dyer’s financial skills have now, also, strengthened the board, which he has joined as the Financial Director. Elma Donnelly is IBP’s new Operations Manager, managing the business’s installation roll-outs and service operations. Digby Ram, IBP’s MD, said: “Elmas commitment to service was a vital factor in the Post Office award and our growth is largely attributable to our clients’ recommendations.” All enquiries to neilc@ibp-group.com |
