Roll-out Control & Administration Services
ROCAS is an Access based programme first developed by IBP in 1999 to handle a rollout programme for the British Post Office.
Since 1999 ROCAS has been updated regularly and now controls the order processing services for all IBP-Group Limited clients.
ROCAS delivers a range of services including e-quotations, e-commissioning, invoices per office/branch and works requisitions, in addition to maintaining installation records and service/maintenance details. Stock control and Credit control mechanisms are other beneficial features. All reports from ROCAS can be e-mailed to clients at the touch of a button.
Engineers in the field are now using the e-commissioning feature on a trial basis whereby commissioning sheets and handover documents are e-mailed to IBP and automatically downloaded onto the ROCAS system, thus saving considerable time and duplication.
