Raising awareness and skills

IBP’s partner Training for Success offers a wide range of work-based safety and development programmes including targeted robbery training; providing skills, knowledge and an understanding of the measures necessary to prevent and manage robbery situations within the workplace.

Established since 1997, Training for Success has become the preferred service provider within a number of arenas, including retail, leisure, security, local authorities, finance and central government. They are committed to providing a comprehensive range of quality training programmes which can be tailored to meet the needs of your organisation.

In partnership with the Institute of Criminal Justice Studies at the University of Portsmouth, they have developed the Profit Protection Specialist programme, which allows for certification with the option of progression to a University of Portsmouth undergraduate degree in Risk & Security Management or foundation degree in Investigation and Evidence.
