The Island is accessed from the mainland by a single bridge which can make travel during the rush hour rather time consuming despite the short distance. For this reason we would suggest staying at one of the hotels or B&B's on the island or at least close to it. Here are a few of the best which offer a range of accomodation options.

The Langstone Hotel is located on the northern tip of Hayling Island approximately 3.5 miles from HISC.  The hotel is in a tranquil setting overlooking Langstone Harbour & Estuary.

The Hayling Island Sailing Club - www.hisc.co.uk

Limited basic club accommodation is available at HISC. Each Dunes unit comprises of two single beds on the ground floor with a double bed on a mezzanine deck, accessed by a ladder.  All units are en-suite with shower and toilet facilities on the ground floor.  These rooms are supplied with duvets, sheets and pillows but you will need to bring your own towels.

The Stocker units are more basic, comprising of two-bed bunk rooms and four-bed bunk rooms.  Shower facilities and Ladies & Gents toilets are situated on the Ground Floor with additional Ladies & Gents toilets on the 1st Floor. 

All rooms are supplied with duvets, sheets and pillows but you will need to bring your own towels.
